MOD Public Health Foundation is incorporated with limited liability (80020002025907) and is registered as a Non-profit Public Health Organization (NGO) in Uganda (INDR155354614NB). MOD was founded by a team of experienced public health professionals as a Community-Based Organisation (CBO) in August 2016, developed, and got registered as an NGO with the Government of Uganda on July 07th, 2021. The Organisation is located on Plot 79, Bukoba Road, Masaka City, 135km, south-central of Kampala, Uganda’s capital, and has a five-year (5) permit with the mandate to operate countrywide (INDP0004614NB).

Our Services

 

MOD’s business models are designed by the Organization’s Second Strategic Plan (SBP) 2020/21-2024/25. Our strategic goal is to contribute towards the realization of universal health care coverage among 750,000 People from under-served communities and sub-populations in Uganda by 2024. The SBP highlights the Organization’s financial and social objectives, mission, vision, client needs or capabilities, and legal environment.
