Who We Are

MOD Public Health foundation is Limited Liability Company registered in Uganda. MOD was founded by a team of public health professionals on July 28th, 2015 and is located on Plot 79, Bukoba Road, Masaka City, 135km, south-central of Kampala, Uganda’s capital. MOD is positioned as a local and low-cost efficient contractor/implementing partner providing public health solutions to the rapidly emerging public health market. MOD uses a Knowledge Translation Thesis and Application (KNOTSA) model to close the knowledge Translation “The DO-KNOW” gap in public health to improve access to Universal Health Care (UHC) coverage.
Approximately 1.6 million people from rural communities of Africa die from simple and preventable illnesses such Malaria, Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. Read more

Our 5-Years Social Impact

Using our Knowledge, Translation, Thesis & Application (KNOTSA) community engaging model, we provided health promotion services to 110,000 people in Masaka, Sembabule, Bukomansimbi, Mityana, Mubende & Luweero district

Our community engaging models accelerated access to HIV epidemic control services to adolescent girls, young women (AGYW) & their intimate male partners in Masaka & Mubende region.
