Paul is a social scientist, Programs manager at MOD Public Health Consultants and Lecturer at Kampala University. He has a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, a first degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala University, a Diploma in Social Development Nsamizi Training Institute and a Certificate in Primary Education.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector in Uganda working with local and international organizations in different capacities. Paul’s non-profit sector experience covers policy development and execution, project design and management, organizational systems design, strategic planning and management, Human Resource Management, Capacity building and resource mobilization. Besides direct management, Paul has distinguished reputation in HIV/AIDS mainstreaming, Organizational Development and GBV prevention models. Also, he provides expert solutions to several organizations of all sizes in the areas listed above. His passion for marriage and family development drives him to set apart time to organize and conduct individual and group counselling/trainings in these areas.
