Freeman is an independent business consultant, Program design specialist at World vision Uganda, Board chairperson – MOD public health consultants and director MOD public health foundation Limited. He’s a social scientist with the Bachelor of Arts in Social Science (Social Administration) from Makerere University and Public Health Specialist (MPHL) trained from the Uganda Christian University (UCU), Mukono Uganda with the Degree of Masters in Public Health Leadership.
Freeman has over 15 years of experience in program management; design, implementation, and evaluation of multi sector community development programs with both Local and International organizations in Uganda. Currently Freeman is on call as Program design specialist at MOD Public Health Foundation supporting the company with business development.
He is a Dynamic and performance-driven Leader, with expertise in Internal auditing, strategic planning, developing and managing multi sector programs, action-oriented research, concept paper designs, operations evaluation and risk management. Skilled in logical framework analysis, research designs and Program/project evaluation and review tools (PERT). Adept at working with cross functional team and facilitating change in a manner that supports organisational objectives. Strong background in budgeting and Management of cross departmental projects, information technology utilisation and people management
